Pricing questions
What is included in the free trial?
Signing up creates your organisation on the platform so you can explore the carbon accounting software with your own data: import activity or spend records, see them calculated into emissions against UK Government conversion factors, and look round the analytics and reports. When you move onto a plan, everything you have entered stays exactly where you left it.
Is pricing per organisation or per user?
Per organisation. Each plan is a monthly subscription covering your organisation as a whole, not a per-user licence. Start-Up includes a single login; Pro and Enterprise include multiple logins so your team, and at Enterprise your clients, work in the same account. Prices are starting points: where an organisation is unusually large or complex we agree the price with you before you commit.
What onboarding is included?
Start-Up is self-serve: sign up and follow the platform's guided setup. Pro and Enterprise include onboarding and training for your team at no extra cost. Enterprise adds custom onboarding built around your systems and a dedicated account manager.
Can we upgrade tiers?
Yes, at any time. All three tiers run on the same platform and the same calculation engine, so upgrading switches on the extra features with no migration: everything you have measured, mapped and reported carries straight over.
How does white-labelling work for firms with clients?
White-labelling is part of the Enterprise plan. Your logo, colours, domain and login page replace ours, and reports, exports and emails all carry your brand, so your clients see your firm end to end. You manage every client from a single client book and can work in a client's account directly, with that access audit-logged. The partners page covers how accountants and consultancies run the platform under their own brand.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate. Start-Up is £300 + VAT per month, Pro is £650 + VAT per month and Enterprise is £1,500 + VAT per month, each a starting point for a typical organisation at that tier.
