Scale your sustainability offering as a Gaia partner
Support your clients with trusted carbon accounting software

Your clients are already asking about carbon
Sustainability rules keep widening, and more of your clients fall under them each year. Some now report under Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) or the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Others are working towards B Corp status or a net-zero target, or being asked by investors and buyers for environmental, social and governance (ESG) data. When a client comes to you asking how to measure and report their emissions, you can answer with software rather than a spreadsheet you keep by hand.
Building carbon accounting yourself costs time and money you would rather spend on clients. Offering Gaia gives you something to sell, or to refer, from day one. Build it into your service and you set your own fee for the work around it, on top of software that starts at £300 + VAT per month. Refer a client instead and you stay their adviser without carrying the software yourself. Either way you keep the relationship and stay the firm they call when the rules move again.

Three ways to partner
Pick the model that fits how you work with clients. You can combine them, or move between them as you grow.
Refer your clients
Offer Gaia as part of your service
Integrate through the API
Offer it under your own brand
Gaia can be completely white-labelled, so your clients see your brand rather than ours. Add your own logo, run it on your own web address, and set the colours to match your firm. To the people using it, the software is your carbon accounting product, with Gaia doing the work behind the scenes.

The reports your clients need, out of the box
Whatever duty a client faces, the report comes out of Gaia ready to use. SECR reports, CSRD disclosures for European Sustainability Reporting Standard E1 (ESRS E1) Climate Action, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reports across Scope 1, 2 and 3, and the figures behind a B Corp Impact Assessment all run from one platform and one set of data. Reporting is built in, so there is no separate tool to buy. Your client gets a finished document, delivered by you.

Far less admin behind every number
Most of the work in carbon accounting is collecting the data. Gaia's AI reads the source documents, so nobody retypes them. A client uploads energy bills, spreadsheets and CSV files, and the AI pulls the figures out. It flags readings that look wrong, and when a month of data is missing it can estimate it, so a late invoice does not hold up a report. Data can also come straight from Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and Oracle NetSuite, or through the API. The quicker each client is set up, the more of them you can take on.

Data that stands up when someone checks
When you put your name to a client's carbon report, the method behind it matters. Gaia is aligned with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol) and calculates emissions using the annual UK conversion factors from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ). Every figure keeps the evidence behind it, and the audit pack view gathers that evidence in one place. When a client's auditor, board or investor asks how a total was reached, the working is already there.

Partner programme questions
What expertise do I need to partner with Gaia?
You bring the client relationships and the advisory knowledge, and Gaia provides the software. We run the calculations to the GHG Protocol and the UK Government conversion factors, and produce the reports. The programme works best for firms that already advise clients on sustainability, accounting or ESG and understand their reporting obligations. Our partner team supports you with technical resources, and can join client conversations where it helps.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. You can refer clients to Gaia, offer Gaia as part of your own service, or integrate it into your platform through the API. In each case the client stays yours.
How do partners earn?
It depends on how you partner. Firms that build Gaia into their service charge their own advisory or retainer fees on top of the software. Firms that refer clients or integrate through the API can agree the commercial arrangement with the partner team when you enquire.
Can I offer Gaia under my own brand?
Yes. Gaia can be completely white-labelled, with your logo, your own web address and your branding, so clients see your product rather than Gaia's. The partner team sets it up with you.
What does it cost my clients?
Gaia carbon accounting starts at £300 + VAT per month. Clients can start a free trial or book a demo before they commit. Full details are on the pricing page.
How is client data collected?
Clients upload PDFs, spreadsheets and CSV files, or connect Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or Oracle NetSuite. Gaia's AI reads the documents and pulls out the figures, so there is very little manual entry.
Which reports can my clients produce?
SECR reports, CSRD disclosures for ESRS E1 Climate Action, greenhouse gas emissions reports across Scope 1, 2 and 3, and support for the B Corp Impact Assessment, each with audit-ready evidence behind it.
