Description
Owned by the Grant family, Greetwell Farm is undertaking an ambitious biodiversity enhancement project, developed in partnership with Natural Asset Partners. Located just outside Lincoln and along the banks of the River Wytham, the habitat banks focus is on improving the river floodplain habitats. Together, the site will support protected wetland species, improve water quality, and reduce flooding risk in the local area. The site spans four National Character Areas, and two Local Planning Authorities. Units are available for sale now in all fractions, however small. For more details, please get in touch.
